Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses in the continental United States. We currently cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses or outside the continental U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
Economy Shipping is $11.44 and is free on orders of $179 or more. Fast Shipping is $30.99. The cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Transit takes 8–16 business days with Economy Shipping or 8–12 business days with Fast Shipping. Some items ship from our partner warehouses abroad, and the estimate at checkout already accounts for this.
Will I pay import duties?
No. We ship duties-paid, so no payment is requested at your door. If a carrier asks you for one, contact us before paying.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page. Allow up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it ships. Email info@highprotekstore.com with your order number or use our return form.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is on us. Start here: Return Form.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item, to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes — a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Charges appear on your statement as HIGHPROTEKSTORE.COM.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments with industry-standard encryption; we never see or store your full card number.
