As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel here:
Enter your order number and email, or the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.
Good to know
- Allow up to 72 hours after the shipping email for the first scan to appear.
- Shipments from our partner warehouses abroad may show a few extra days while clearing customs — this is normal.
- Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- If tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
